Team Photos (All) - We have scheduled these for 4pm on Friday. We have a big team so it will take a while to get them done. Coach Sharon and I can work on specific timing for Frosh/Soph, JV & Varsity and will let the girls know.
Please read the instructions at the bottom of this email for all the details on payment!
Spirit Wear (All) - I hope to have our sideline store set up this week. The girls picked out their designs and I am hoping BSN can set it up for us. Stay tuned! For those of you asking about Boathouse jackets, I also have an inquiry in to see if we can do another round of orders.
Carpool (Varsity & JV) - Thanks to everyone who has volunteered so far for carpool. Please make sure you are cleared through Be-a-Mentor!
Varsity - We are good for Davis & I will send out specific carpool details tomorrow. We do still need drivers for the other away games (with the exception of Amador)
JV - Jenn Van Puffelen will be helping organize the carpools. Please look for emails from her on the topic.
MaxPreps (Varsity) - Ryan Roskovensky has taken on the role of updating MaxPreps again this year. Thank you Ryan! A couple of notes from him:
Please have your player go in and update her player profile (photo, bio etc.)
If someone has sports photography skills, it would be great to build out the site with some photos... We can buy them from the MaxPreps photographer but they are expensive ($16 per photo)

Ordering Photos [instructions from the photographer]
Order envelopes: Please hand those out to everyone on your teams by Wednesday, so that they can take those home, fill them out (even if pre-paying on-line as it is our way of identifying frame # for printing purposes) and then remind everyone to bring those back on Friday.
When everyone has their order envelopes filled out in advance it makes the shoot go so much smoother for everyone, however we realize some families/players will forget so our photographer will have extras with him and I am attaching a PDF below as a back-up for those that need it.
I have set up your on-line pre-pay link (below). This is open and thus can be sent out all your players/families as soon as possible. Thanks for doing this for as you know we don’t charge sitting fees and cover our costs by packages purchased.
We leave the pre-pay link open for 48 hours after your photo shoot, but with this feature it is imperative that anyone that even thinks they or their family will want to order photos, take an individual while we are there.
We still accept exact cash and checks on your photo day.
The on line pre-pay link below does not need a code, but if anyone accesses our order form via our website (instructions on order envelopes) your code is MonteVista no spaces and not case sensitive if anyone should ask you.
